STAR Touring Chapter 297 - Ride to the Flagler Museum in Palm Beach

Sunday, October 2, 2005 - We met at Mulligan's on Commercial Blvd. and headed north up scenic A1A to Palm Beach. The plan was to tour the museum and then head home on the turnpike stopping for fuel and a bite at the West Palm rest stop. When we arrived at the museum we were told that the tour guide was not in and we should try back a little later or we could take a "self guided" tour. What else could we do but find somewhere to chow down! Mike led us to a Tiki Bar in the area. We enjoyed a nice meal. Afterwards, most of us decided to head home. Mike and Francine made it back to the museum and reported enjoying the "self guided" tour.
