December 2011 Christmas Lights Ride
We had a great time this past Saturday night. Dinner was excellent and we had a lot of teenagers from the Chapter members come out this year to look at Christmas lights. Joining us this year was Grace, Mark, their son Trey, Dana, Dana, Shaun, Justin, Joe and Mimi, guest rider Randy Hess, and Heath, our daughter Alex, and myself. We had five bikes and one car along for the ride. We stopped at 6 houses all decorated for Christmas and saved the best one for last. Our last stop in Plantation had personnel parking cars for you to walk around the grounds of the house. Antique cars and bikes, and of course 150,000 lights with snow falling all over the ground. If you get a chance, you need to go see this house off of Old Hiatus road and the corner of 14th Street. Just follow the spotlights, you can't miss it. We ended the evening with Starbucks and Ice Cream, and thank you to all those that came out for a great evening. Thank you to Heath for leading the way at night through heavy local traffic.
